Refund policy

RETURNS are accepted within 10 days with a receipt or gift receipt. *please note we can not accept returns of consumable items (lotion, soap, tea, candy, oils, perfumes, etc.). Items must be in original state with tags attached and no signs of use, wash, wear, or damage.

Online order returns, customer is responsible for shipping fees and 10% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued due to items not received on time because we are not responsible for transit times.
